We Were born out of necessity. Food is served everywhere....Good food however is hit or miss at best. The 815 Gourmet Grill started with a single food truck catering  services and events like rodeos, Festivals, Community gatherings and of Course Weddings, birthdays and similar events .

 

We specialize in Burgers, Brats and Of Course Mac N Cheese dishes, but have grown into so much more. We also offer unique takes on classics that may not be offered daily but can be inquired about for your particular palette. My hope is to be what you think about when asked what is your favorite place to eat. "What is your favorite burger"? Can You remember the last time you had Mac N Cheese worth talking about? With his signature rotating menu Chef Dash definitely has what you need.
