We were born out of necessity. Food is served everywhere....Good food however is hit or miss at best. Chef Dash started with a single concept (mac n cheese...We F'N Love mac n cheese) and expanded his Gourmet vision! We aim to be what you think about when asked what's your favorite place is to eat. "Who's your favorite caterer? Can You remember the last time you had Mac N Cheese worth talking about?

 

​The 815 Gourmet Grill Grew from catering Events, Festivals, Community gatherings and the biggest honor of catering Weddings and similar special events out of food trucks! to your very own place to call home! Did I mention we have  CATERED EVERYTHING!
