If you love A Good Burger or Macaroni and cheese as much as we do you are in the right place! We were born out of necessity. Food is served everywhere....Good food however is hit or miss at best. Chef Dash started with a single concept (mac n cheese...We F'N Love mac n cheese) and expanded his Gourmet vision! We aim to be what you think about when asked what's your favorite place is to eat. "What is your favorite burger"? Can You remember the last time you had Mac N Cheese worth talking about?

Currently our goal is to be your favorite. The 815 Gourmet Grill Grew from catering Events, Festivals, Community gatherings and the biggest honor of catering Weddings and similar special events out of food trucks to your very own place to call home!
